Item: Set consisting of mouth patch to place on the lips and halo headdress.
Decorated with crosses, chains, small skulls and filigree metal ornaments made of aluminum.
 
Special features: Mouth patch can be securely fixed using a rubber band. Metal headband elastic - therefore suitable for every head size.
